Established in 1994 by Charles Nelson, SETEC is a full service soil consulting firm providing reliable soil inventories to a variety of public and private users throughout the southeastern United States. We conduct site and soil evaluations with interpretations for the purpose of natural resource inventories, land development and management (i.e. septic system designs, well placement, storm water structures, foundation footers, runoff/erosion, feasibility for land development, wetland delineation, etc.)
